The Tactical Return
A premium, minimalist website built in Framer featuring fully responsive layouts, optimized branding assets, and polished typography tailored for an elite men's cohort program.
Year :
2026
Industry :
Leadership Development for Veterans & Executives
Client :
Mr. Jim Hamilton
Project Duration :
1 Day

Problem :
Mr. Jim was a beginner in Framer and struggled with the complexities of responsive web design. While his desktop view was mostly aligned, the mobile and tablet layouts were completely broken. Because elements were built using strict absolute positioning, everything overlapped on iPhones and Android devices, making the site unreadable and ruining the elite feel of the brand.
Solution :
I stepped in to reconstruct the site’s layout structure entirely within Framer without changing his core content.
Responsive Fixes: I stripped out the rigid absolute positioning and rebuilt the sections using modern Framer stacks, flex containers, and relative constraints.
Asset Enhancement: I upscaled and optimized his primary branding assets—including his core emblem logo and scenic mountain banner—into crisp 2K high-resolution visuals tailored for modern displays.
Minimalist Polish: I cleaned up the overall spacing and typography hierarchy to give his entire 5-page site a professional, premium, and clutter-free look.
Challenge :
The main challenge was fixing the responsive bugs "under the hood" without disrupting the design choices the client had already worked hard to put in place. Balancing strict layout fixes with a flexible structure required carefully re-mapping his elements into responsive stacks so that the final site looked flawlessly aligned on an iPhone, an Android device, a tablet, and a desktop computer alike.
Summary :
By transforming a rigid, broken layout into a fully responsive Framer site, The Tactical Return is now officially launch-ready. The friction of overlapping elements and chaotic mobile scaling has been completely removed. The final result is a highly polished, functional, and minimalist web experience that he can confidently share with his audience.
