Problem :
The client needed a cohesive digital presence spanning both the website and the mobile app. The goal was to clearly communicate the brand’s value while providing intuitive, accessible interfaces for users on different devices. Prior designs lacked consistency and clear user flows that support conversion and adoption.
Solution :
As part of a distributed design and development team, we created cohesive UI solutions for both web and mobile platforms. The focus was on improving usability, visual clarity, and cross-platform consistency to help users quickly understand EzRyder’s services and take action—whether signing up, logging in, or accessing features on the go.
I worked as a User Interface Designer for web and mobile, and also designed the EzRyder logo.
My responsibilities included:
Designing UI screens and layouts for web and mobile applications
Creating the EzRyder logo and aligning the interface with the brand identity
Establishing consistent visual styles and reusable UI components
Ensuring responsive and user-friendly experiences across devices
Collaborating closely with a distributed team based in Canada, India, and the Philippines
Participating in design reviews and iterating based on feedback
Challenge :
The main challenge was designing unified UI experiences that worked seamlessly across web and mobile, while coordinating design efforts with an international team. Balancing global collaboration with consistent design language and timely deliverables required strong communication, shared documentation, and iteration.
Summary :
As part of a collaborative international team, I contributed to the UI design of both the EzRyder website and mobile app, while also creating the project’s logo. The result was a cohesive brand and user experience that delivers clarity, usability, and a consistent visual identity across platforms.
