FiveFrames
A full-journey UI/UX design for FiveFrames, an event photo app where every guest captures five photos from their phone and the host receives one private, shared collection.
Year :
2026
Industry :
Event
Client :
Mr. Ezra Anglo
Project Duration :
2 days

Problem :
Mr. Ezra came to me with FiveFrames, a mobile-first event photography experience for weddings, birthdays, parties, reunions and company events. Guests scan a QR code or open an event link, enter their name, and get exactly five photos to capture during the event, with no account or app install required.
The idea is to encourage guests to capture a few meaningful moments instead of being on their phones all night. Their photos go into a private gallery managed by the host, who needs to create the event, control when capture opens and closes, share the QR code, manage photos and reveal the gallery. He needed the full experience designed across seven core responsive screens for both guests and hosts.
Solution :
I designed the full end-to-end journey for both sides of the product, built on a consistent design system.
Guest Flow: Five screens covering the event landing and join step, the "Your Five" capture home, photo preview with an optional message, the capture completion screen with the guest's own photos, and the guest gallery and photo view.
Host Flow: An event dashboard for controlling capture, sharing the QR code and event link, and managing settings, plus a gallery management screen for reviewing photos and revealing the gallery.
Design System: Reusable components, colors and type styles that keep both flows consistent across every screen and screen size.
How I Used Claude
Claude and Wonder.design let me take FiveFrames from brief to a complete design in just two days.
Requirements First: I started by requesting the full requirements for each of the seven screens, so every design decision had a clear brief behind it.
Connected to Wonder.design: I connected Wonder.design to Claude so it could design directly on the canvas, instead of me translating ideas into screens by hand.
Full User Flows: Claude designed the complete guest and host flows, with a short explanation for each screen, while I directed and reviewed the work.
Detailed Design System: Claude also produced a detailed design system, giving the project a solid foundation for consistency and handoff.
Challenge :
The main challenge was designing two complete journeys in just two days while keeping each one simple. Guests are in the middle of an event with no time to learn an app, so every screen had to be instantly understood on a phone. The host side needed more control, from moderation to gallery settings, without ever feeling complex. Making the five-frame limit feel like a fun, deliberate choice instead of a restriction tied the whole experience together.
Summary :
FiveFrames now has a complete, cohesive experience for hosts and guests, backed by a design system that keeps every screen consistent. The result is a product that turns a crowd of phones into one shared story of the event.
